I saw Chris after I stupidly lost one of my hearing aids. He was very professional and understanding. I got the new hearing aid in a short amount of time and it was set up the same day. I can't say enough good things about Chris!!!!

Chris listens to your issues and performs numerous tests to determine the utmost performance from your hearing aids. He’s never in a hurry and fine tunes your aids to your personalized needs!

Chris and Linda are extremely friendly and helpful . I do not feel like a customer but rather like I'm someone who they care about. Chris adjusted the aids for me, making it very easy to insert and remove the aids. They're comfortable wearing that I even forget that I'm wearing them. I'm not embarrassed wearing aids and suggest to others that they should do the same, recommending Michael's.
